Application Guidelines
- Ensure the tank is at least three times larger than the solution to be fermented.
- Ferment for a minimum of 24 hours, stirring well occasionally.
- Filter thoroughly and distribute the liquid throughout the pond while aeration is on.
- Reprocess filtered rice bran residue in the fermentation tank until dissolved or pulverize it into liquid form.
- Maintain alkalinity above 180 ppm.
- Repeat the same application rate the next day if necessary.
- Check for minerals (e.g., Ca+, Mg+, K+) and conduct vibrio plate counts before and after application.
Synbiotics Fermentation Facility Setup
Ingredients and Quantities:
- Pineapple:20 kg (chop into small pieces)
- Engest™:200 grams/ml (10 grams/ml per kilogram of pineapple)
- NaHCO3:2 kg (10% based on the total weight of pineapple)
- Water:180 litersFermentation Process:
Preparation:
- Chop 20 kg of pineapple into small pieces.
- Measure and prepare 200 grams/ml of Engest™.
- Measure 2 kg of NaHCO3.
- Prepare 180 liters of water.
Mixing:
- Combine the chopped pineapple, Engest™, NaHCO3, and water in a large fermentation tank.
- Ensure the tank is large enough to accommodate the mixture, ideally at least three times the volume of the solution.
Fermentation:
- Allow the mixture to ferment for at least 72 hours.
- Stir the mixture well occasionally to ensure even fermentation.
Post-Fermentation:
- After 72 hours, filter the mixture thoroughly.
- Mix 50-200 ml of the Fermented Pineapple (FP) solution with each kilogram of pellet prior to feeding.
Storage and Usage:
- The FP solution can be stored for a maximum of 30 days after the first use.
- Alternatively, add aeration to the FP solution until it is finished.
- Stir the FP solution manually before each use.
- Ensure alkalinity remains above 180 ppm.
Guidelines:
Alkalinity:
- Ensure that the pond's alkalinity is maintained above 180 ppm.
Monitoring:
- Regularly check for mineral levels (e.g., Ca+, Mg+, K+) and conduct vibrio plate counts before and after application to assess the pond's health and water quality.
Application Rate:
- Mixing Rate:50-200 ml of FP solution per 1 kg of pellet.
Additional Guidelines:
- Ensure proper storage conditions for up to 10 days after the first use.
- Regularly monitor and maintain alkalinity levels above 180 ppm.
- Perform periodic checks for mineral levels and vibrio plate counts to ensure optimal fermentation and application results.
Application Area:
1,000 square meters (3 ppm)
Ingredients and Quantities:
- Wheat Flour:3 kg (3 ppm)
- Progest™:30 grams/ml (10 grams per 1 kg of wheat flour)
- Water:12 liters
Preparation:
Mixing:
- Combine 3 kg of wheat flour with 30 grams/ml of Progest™ in a fermentation tank.
- Add 12 liters of water to the mixture.
- Ensure the tank is at least three times larger than the volume of the solution to allow for proper fermentation.
Fermentation:
- Ferment the mixture for at least 24 hours.
- Stir the mixture occasionally to ensure even fermentation.
Application:
Broadcasting:
- After fermentation, broadcast the Fermented Wheat Flour (FWF) solution throughout the pond while aeration is on.
Daily Application:
- Apply the FWF solution daily until the pH is stabilized.
Reapplication:
- If pH fluctuations persist, repeat the same application the next day or until the vibrio load is reduced.
Monitoring:
- Ensure the pond's dissolved oxygen (D.O) levels are above 5-6 ppm at all times.
- Monitor the pond's turbidity levels.
- Once the turbidity reaches 30 cm or less, stop applying FWF and maintain turbidity at 30 cm throughout the cycle.
- Important Notes:Regularly check and maintain pond D.O levels above 5-6 ppm.
- Monitor turbidity levels and adjust application as needed to maintain optimal conditions.
- Ensure proper filtration and aeration throughout the application process.
Directions for Use and Application Rate for Bactipost™
Application Area:
- 1,000 square meters with maximum depth of 1 meter.
Preparation:
- Dissolve 20-40 grams of Bactipost™ in 20 liters of water.
Application:
Direct Application:
- Apply the dissolved Bactipost™ solution directly into the pond.
Application Rate Adjustment:
- The application rate may vary depending on the level of organic accumulation in the pond system.Monitor the pond's conditions and adjust the application rate accordingly.
