Set up the Synbiotics facility

- Intensive culture :         100 cum3 (50 ppm)

Application for preparation before stocking:

• Rice Bran :             5 kg (50 ppm at one time)
• BactipostTM Plus : 50 gram/ml (2.5 gram per kilogram of rice bran)
• NaHCO3 :               1 kg (20% base on total weight of rice bran)
• Water :                    20 liter 

-Make sure the tank is large enough (at least 3 times larger than the solution to be ferment). 

-Ferment for at least 24 hours (stir well occasionally). 

-Filter well and allow on the liquid to broadcast throughout the pond while aerations on. 

-Filtered rice bran residue can be reprocess in the fermentation tank till dissolved or pulverize them into liquid. 

-Stocking the new cycle after 5-7 days of initially dosage of synbiotics. 

-Make sure the D.O. is above 5-6 ppm at all time.

-Make sure there is no dead spot in the pond.

Maintains natural live feed after stocking (Daily):

• Pond Capacity :       100 cum3 (10 ppm)
• Rice Bran :               1 kg (10 ppm or 1 kg of rice bran per 100 cum3)
• BactipostTM Plus :  10 gram (2.5 gram per 1 kg of rice bran)
• NaHCO₃ :                200 gram (20% base on total weight of rice bran)
• Water :                     4 liter 

-Make sure the tank is large enough (at least 3 times larger than the solution to be ferment). 

-Ferment for at least 24 hours (stir well occasionally). 

-Filter well and allow on the liquid to broadcast throughout the tank while aerations on. 

-Filtered rice bran can be reprocess in the fermentation tank till dissolved or pulverize them into liquid.

-Make sure the pond D.O. is above 5-6 ppm at all time.

-Once the turbidity of the pond reaches 30 cm or less, stop applying FRB and maintenance at 30 cm throughout the cycle.
