Biogas Enzyme Booster Increase Methane Yield & Accelerate Waste Digestion

High-performance enzyme biotechnology for biogas plants, wastewater digesters, and livestock waste-to-energy systems.

Biogas is a renewable energy source produced through the anaerobic digestion of organic matter. This sustainable energy alternative is gaining popularity due to its environmental benefits and potential to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

Microtack – Global Partners Wanted for Biogas Enzyme Booster

Microtack is actively expanding into international clean-energy markets and is now seeking distributors, importers, and renewable-energy partners worldwide. Our advanced Biogas Enzyme Booster is scientifically engineered to accelerate organic-waste degradation, increase methane yield, and enhance system efficiency across:

  • Industrial biogas plants

  • Livestock farms (pig, poultry, dairy, cattle)

  • Wastewater treatment facilities

  • Food-processing and slaughterhouse waste digesters

  • Municipal organic-waste and waste-to-energy projects

With rapid growth in renewable energy, circular-economy systems, and waste-to-energy technologies, Microtack offers a high-value opportunity for partners seeking eco-friendly biotechnology solutions backed by strong demand and high repeat usage.

What Is Biogas?

Biogas is a renewable energy source produced from the breakdown of organic materials. It mainly contains:

  • Methane (CH₄) – the energy-rich component

  • Carbon dioxide (CO₂)

  • Trace gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), ammonia (NH₃), and VOCs

Biogas is produced naturally during the decomposition of agricultural waste, manure, sewage, food scraps, and other biodegradable materials.

How Biogas Is Produced

1. Anaerobic Digestion

Organic waste is collected and delivered to a biogas facility.

2. Feedstock Preparation

Materials are shredded, blended, and mixed with water to form a uniform slurry.

3. Digestion in an Oxygen-Free Environment

The slurry enters a sealed anaerobic digester, where specialized microbes break down the organic matter and release biogas.

4. Gas Collection & Purification

Biogas rises to the top of the digester, where it is captured, stored, and upgraded if required for energy production.

5. Digestate Utilization

The remaining material digestate is rich in organic nutrients and can be used as a high quality fertilizer for agriculture.
