Bactipost Plus

Fermented Soymeal (AP Juice) protocol

Setting Up the Fermented Soymeal (AP) Facility

Ingredients and Ratios:

  • Grounded Soymeal: 20 kg
  • BactipostTM Plus:    200 gram/ml (10 gram/ml per 1 kg of soymeal)
  • NaHCO3:                  2 kg (10% based on the total weight of soymeal)
  • Water:                      180 liters

Fermentation Process:

  • Preparation: Ground the soymeal.
  • Mixing: Combine the grounded soymeal, BactipostTM Plus, NaHCO3, and water in a tank.

Fermentation:

  • Allow the mixture to ferment for at least 4 days, stirring well occasionally.
  • No aeration is required during this process.

Storage:

  • The AP solution can be stored for a maximum of 10 days after the first use.
  • To extend its usability, add aeration until the solution is finished.
  • The color of the solution will turn greenish grey with a strong pungent odor.

Preparation for Use:

  • Stir the solution manually before each use.
  • Mix 50-200 ml of AP per 1 kg of pellet feed and mix thoroughly.
  • Keep the mixture moist in a bag for at least 24 hours before feeding shrimp and fish.

Implementing the Fermented Soymeal (AP) AQUAMIMICRY® protocol can greatly enhance your shrimp farming practices. By following the detailed setup and fermentation process, you ensure that your shrimp receive high-quality feed that supports their growth and health.

Protocol : Fermented Soymeal (AP)

Fermented Soymeal (AP) using AQUAMIMICRY® protocol is a highly effective starter for enhancing shrimp feed. It provides essential amino peptides, acts as a natural feed attractant, and improves the health of the hepatopancreas and digestive system. This protocol also helps suppress white feces diseases, hydrolyzes shrimp feed for better nutrient availability, and enhances growth rate and feed conversion ratio (FCR).

BactipostTM Plus

  • Provides essential amino peptides, necessary nutrients to shrimp feed, enhancing the overall health and growth of shrimp.
  • Natural feed attractant, increases the palatability of the feed, encouraging shrimp to consume it more readily.
  • Enhances the health of the hepatopancreas and digestive system of shrimp.
  • Helps in suppressing white feces diseases in shrimp.
  • Hydrolyzes shrimp feed, making nutrients more accessible for absorption.
  • Significantly improves the growth rate of shrimp and optimizes the feed conversion ratio, leading to more efficient feed utilization.
  • Suitable for both fresh and seawater shrimp farming.
