Competitive exclusion against pathogenic bacteria in Broodstock tank

Application : Apply daily until pH is locked.

  • Tank size :     10 cubic meters
  • Wheat Flour : 200 grams (20 ppm)
  • ProgestTM :    2 gram/ml (20 gram per 1 kg of wheat flour)
  • NaHCO3 :       20 gram (10% base on total weight of wheat flour)
  • Water : 1 liter

To ensure effective fermentation and application:

  • Make sure the tank is large enough, at least 3-5 times larger than the solution to be fermented.
  • Ferment for at least 24 hours, stirring well occasionally.
  • Filter well and broadcast the solution throughout the tank while aeration is on.
  • Feed twice daily, early morning and evening.

For FWF application:

  • Ensure the tank is at least 3 times larger than the solution to be fermented.
  • Ferment for at least 24 hours, stirring well occasionally.
  • Broadcast the FWF throughout the pond while aeration is on.
  • If pH fluctuations persist, repeat the application the next day or until the Vibrio load is reduced.
  • Maintain pond D.O above 5-6 ppm at all times.
  • Once turbidity reaches 30 cm or less, stop applying FWF and maintain it at 30 cm throughout the cycle.
