Copefloc Protocol

Area:

  • Intensive Culture: 1,000 cubic meters (50 ppm)

Ingredients and Quantities:

  • Rice Bran: 50 kg
  • BactipostTM Plus: 500 gram/ml (10 gram/ml per 1 kg of rice bran)
  • NaHCO3: 10 kg (20% of the total weight of rice bran)
  • Water: 200 liters

Instructions:

Tank Preparation:

  • Ensure the fermentation tank is at least 2.5 times larger than the total solution volume to allow for adequate mixing and fermentation.

Mixing:

  • Combine 50 kg of rice bran with 500 gram/ml of BactipostTM Plus.
  • Add 10 kg of NaHCO3 (20% of the rice bran weight).
  • Add 200 liters of water to the mixture.

Fermentation:

  • Allow the mixture to ferment for at least 24 hours.
  • Stir the mixture occasionally to ensure even fermentation.

Post-Fermentation:

  • Filter the fermented mixture thoroughly.
  • Broadcast only the liquid throughout the pond while aeration is on.
  • Reprocess the filtered rice bran residue in the fermentation tank until dissolved or pulverize it into liquid form.

Stocking:

  • Stock the new cycle of shrimp after 5-7 days from the initial dosage of synbiotics.
Reduces Ammonia Nitrite

Area:

  • Sufficient for 1,000 sqm2 of pond area with maximum of 1 meter depth.

Application :

  • 30-60 gram/ml of BactipostTM.

Instruction:

  • -The application rate may vary, depending upon an organic accumulation from the system.
  • -The same application rate can be repeat the next day if necessary.
Waste Digester 

Application:

  • Sufficient for 1,000 sqm2 of pond area with maximum of 1 meter depth.

Intensive:

  • 30-60 gram/ml of ProgestTM

Instruction:

  • Dissolves ProgestTM with 20 liters of water and apply directly into the pond
  • Application rates may vary depending on organic accumulation from the system.
  • Repeat the same application rate the next day if necessary
Reduces Biofilm

Application:

  • Sufficient for 1,000 sqm2 of pond area with maximum of 1 meter depth.

Super Intensive:

  • 30-60 gram/ml of BactipostTM

Instruction:

  • Dissolves BactipostTM with 20 liters of water and apply directly into the pond.
  • Application rates may vary depending on organic accumulation from the system.
  • Repeat the same application rate the next day if necessary
