BactipostPowderandLiquid

AQUAMIMICRY

Reduces Toxic Ammonia Problem

Direct Application Rate for Bactipost™

Area Coverage:

Application Area:

  • 1,000 square meter with maximum depth of 1 meter.

Direct Application Instructions:

Preparation:

  • Dissolve 20-40 grams of Bactipost™ in 20 liters of water.

Application:

Apply the dissolved Bactipost™ solution directly into the pond.

Application Rate Adjustment:

  • The application rate may vary depending on the level of organic accumulation in the pond system.
  • Monitor the pond's conditions and adjust the application rate accordingly.

Optional Application Rates:

For Intensive Culture:

Area Coverage:

1,000 square meters with maximum depth of 1 meter.

Application Rate:

  • 5 ppm

Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour:  5 kg (5 ppm)
  • Bactipost™: 50 ml (10 ml per 1 kg of wheat flour)
  • NaHCO3 :      500 gram (10% base on total weight of wheat flour)
  • Water:            20 liters

Fermentation:

  • Ferment the mixture for at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Filter well and broadcast the liquid throughout the pond while aeration is on.
  • Repeat the process until the ammonia level is reduced.

For Extensive Culture:

Area Coverage:

1,000 square meter with maximum depth of 1 meter.

Application Rate: 1 ppm

Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour: 1 kg (1 ppm)
  • Bactipost™: 10 ml (10 ml per 1 kg of wheat flour)
  • NaHCO3 :      100 gram (10% base on total weight of wheat flour)
  • Water:            4 liters

Fermentation:

  • Ferment the mixture for at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Filter well and broadcast the liquid throughout the pond while aeration is on.
  • Repeat the process until the ammonia level is reduced.

General Guidelines:

Alkalinity:

  • Ensure the pond's alkalinity is maintained above 180 ppm.

 Reapplication:

  • If necessary, repeat the same application rate the next day.

Monitoring:

  • Regularly check for mineral levels (e.g., Ca+, Mg+, K+) and conduct vibrio plate counts before and after application.

Summary:

Dissolve 20-40 grams of Bactipost™ in 20 liters of water and apply directly to ponds with a maximum water depth of 1 meter, treating 1,000 cubic meters of pond water. Adjust the application rate based on organic accumulation levels. For intensive culture, use 5 kg of wheat flour with 50 ml of Bactipost™ and 20 liters of water; for extensive culture, use 1 kg of wheat flour with 10 ml of Bactipost™ and 4 liters of water. Ferment for 24 hours, filter, and broadcast while aerating, ensuring alkalinity remains above 180 ppm. Repeat as needed and monitor mineral levels and vibrio counts.
